It took him 6+ weeks to get the bid done. Then, he did it on the wrong house. I can't believe he did this! As a result, number 2 is out of the running for us as a builder.
We hope to hear from number 3 tomorrow. He called last week and said he would call tomorrow with a completed bid. I am very anxious to hear back from him and get this house building started.
